To provide WholeBody Cryotherapy using a ‘super-cooled’ air environment requires set up costs prior to the start of a clinic. With this in mind please read the following.

• If you are unable to attend an appointment let us know as soon as possible so we can free your slot for another client.
• We will take a 50% deposit for all WholeBody Cryotherapy treatments on booking.
• If you are unable to provide 24 hrs notice to cancel/move your appointment your deposit is non-refundable.
• If you fail to turn up without prior notice your deposit will be act a payment for missed appointment and can not be used for future appointments.

Any outstanding payments will need to be resolved before further bookings can be made.
